You are responsible for accompanying and supporting a team (+/- 15 auxiliary employees) responsible for account opening and documentation management. You play a leadership role by ensuring the smooth running of operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of files and mobilizing your team members.
Your job
- Mobilize and manage human resources, autonomously, to ensure the achievement of the business plan
- Ensure the workflow of your section to meet your service productivity and quality objectives, and their compliance with policies, standards and procedures
- Monitor support activities and implement controls to maximize the efficiency and quality of operations, while contributing to their evolution
- Conduct or oversee various analyses, research or special projects that have a significant impact on the profitability and efficiency of the Bank
- Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the activities of the Section
- Ensure the development and updating of employees' knowledge through personalized coaching
- Implement and monitor development plans
Your team
Within the IT Operations sector, you will be part of a large team of +/- 40 colleagues and report to the Director, Account opening & Documentation management, Investment Operations. Prerequisite
- Industry-related bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 2 years of experience OR University certificate and 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in people management and coaching
- Experience in banking and investment is essential
- Ability to plan and organize work according to volume, resources and priorities
- Knowledge of investment products and brokerage accounts is desirable
- Experience in process and operations optimization is a strong asset
