The purpose of this role is to manage and monitor all aspects of the purchasing function within Canada and provide strategic direction for supplier relationships and on-going purchases with these companies. The Purchasing Manager will lead the Purchasing team and any other positions that fit into this realm or might make sense in the future. This position will analyze data to make recommendations or decisions related to the best cost, quality and lead time options. Additionally, the role involves providing reports on key performance indicators, engaging in cross-functional projects, and problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction and company performance.
