Driver for Executive

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted February 11, 2025.
As a Driver for National Bank Executives, you'll be part of the physical security team ensuring safe and secure transportation and providing high-quality service for executives. This position will allow you to leverage your safe driving and risk management skills to have a positive impact on our organization.
Your role
• Drive a vehicle to provide private and professional transportation to executives
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and punctuality of passengers
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition by conducting regular maintenance
• Follow designated routes and adhere to set schedules while adapting to unexpected changes
• Always provide courteous and professional service
• Maintain a discreet and watchful presence to ensure security during travel (monitoring surroundings, identifying potential threats)
• Assist the Director of Physical Security in overseeing security operations and facilities:
o Help with risk analysis and suggest mitigation solutions
o Collaborate with internal and external security teams to ensure a secure environment
o Contribute to the drafting, implementing and improvement of security procedures (fire, intrusion, etc.)
Your team
The team of Physical Security is made up of specialists ensuring the protection of people and bank facilities.
In this sector, you'll be part of a dynamic team that complies with security standards and ensures the executives' wellbeing. You'll report to the Director of Physical Security and work closely with Protection and Intervention teams.
Prerequisites
• At least 10 years of experience in law enforcement (police or military)
• Valid driver's licence and a spotless driving record
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and areas
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Discretion, discipline and professionalism
• Mastery of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques
• Ability to manage emergencies and react effectively
• Training in executive protection, an asset
