Under the supervision of the Transport Supervisor, the person in this role will have primary responsibilities including data entry, billing, and accounts payable management. They will also respond to incoming customer calls and communicate with drivers to support them in their duties. Various administrative tasks related to transportation must also be completed.

Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative tasks related to transportation
- Report and record the reasons why certain scheduled customers were not visited
- Handle the distribution of calls
- Address, when necessary, customer service complaints
- Perform any other related tasks
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) in office management or a related field
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or administration
- Experience in the transportation industry is an asset
- Functional English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of key MS Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve multiple problems
- Autonomy, dynamism, organizational skills, ability to communicate in a team environment, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
