POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to Regional Sales Director, the Internal Sales Representative is responsible for initiating customer contact through cold calling; generating interest of the company’s services from potential clients; qualifying and following up with sales leads and meeting his/her objectives for his/her assigned territory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Minimum B2B sales experience of at least three (3) years, with objectives met or exceeded.
– Credit knowledge is an asset.
– Excellent communication skills in French and English.
– Strong negotiation, facilitation and persuasion skills with prospects and ability to influence.
– Ability to achieve objectives.
– Ability to identify customer needs and objectives.
– Good interpersonal skills.
– Good oral and written communication skills.
– Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the Internet.
– Ability to discover customer needs and objectives.
