The Internal Sales Manager is responsible for supervising, motivating, and developing the team of inside sales representatives to ensure sales objectives are met and exceeded. A motivating leader, they ensure their team’s performance through proactive management of key performance indicators (KPIs) while optimizing the use of Salesforce CRM to support sales strategies. The Internal Sales Manager play a central role in the continuous improvement of sales processes and maximizing team effectiveness.
