What we need

We are looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality (it is a sales role after all!) and an approach to doing business and dealing with people that instills trust and respect. Solution sales experience is required and could be from any industry. We’ll teach you the vehicle glass business.

What you will do

You will represent our established and popular Speedy Glass® and Lebeau brands (300+ locations in Canada) to any organization that deploys vehicle fleets (for example, car rental companies, service companies, utilities, Fleet Card companies etc.). You will develop new business and nurture existing accounts that will use our large corporate and franchise footprint (and that fit our ideal customer profile) in the areas of Quebec and Atlantic provinces which means you’ll be on the road 60% of your time. What you will be doing day to day

In this B2B sales role you will be employing a value proposition sales approach, to introduce and sell glass repair and replacement services to organizations with vehicle fleets using our vast store footprint. In addition, you will:

  • Collaborate with our Operations team to identify new sales and business opportunities and manage and grow key customer accounts;
  • Have quarterly and annual sales targets to achieve:
    • 60% of your sales revenue will be through new business revenue by identifying, qualifying and presenting the Speedy and Lebeau footprint value prop to new customers;
    • 40% of your sales revenue will be through retaining and growing existing customer accounts;
  • Meet weekly sales call targets – providing visibility on key actions and takeaways through one-on-ones with your National Sales Manager;
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all clients by continuing to educate them on our value prop, gathering customer intel and feedback and informing them of corporate changes which could affect them;
  • Focus on providing great customer service;
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal departments and stakeholders by keeping them involved in the development of agreement details which could affect them;
  • Manage territory expenses within budget;
  • Keep up to date with new trends in the automotive glass industry;
  • Promote and sell other Speedy Glass and Lebeau® products and services,

What you bring

  • Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years of proven experience in selling a service, including value proposition and solution selling;
  • Results oriented, customer focused and team-oriented;
  • Understands how to influence in a multi-layer sales approach – influencing direct, above, and down in the fields in organizations;
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to influence, and build and maintain relationships;
  • Self-motivated, good initiative and can work autonomously;
  • Excellent organization and time management skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to understand both financial and management reports;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint, Power BI) – able to find opportunities through data analysis;
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of your time including overnight stays within your territory.
