Position Summary:

The Field Safety Specialist provides Safety & Health expertise to Grainger Customers and Sellers to develop strong partnership relationships in order to grow revenues within a defined region. The role partners with District Sales Managers in their defined regions to ensure they are aligned to the right safety and health opportunities and are training their aligned region Sellers on Safety & Health offers, resources and insights.

Job Responsibilities (You Will):

To conduct needs analysis to determine and understand the customer’s safety & health issues and align to Grainger Safety & Health solution that includes products or services

To maintain expertise through appropriate preferred safety credentials focused on safety & health regulations and industry topics

Le spécialiste de la sécurité sur le terrain fournit de l'expertise en matière de santé et sécurité aux clients et vendeurs de Grainger afin de renforcer les relations et augmenter les revenus au sein d'une région définie. Vos taches:

Analyser les besoins pour déterminer et comprendre les défis en matière de santé et sécurité du client et identifier une solution de santé et sécurité de Grainger.

Fournir aux clients les solutions qui réduisent les coûts ou augmentent l'efficacité par l'entremise des produits ou services innovateurs.

Soutenir les vendeurs de Grainger au sein de la région attribuée.

Aider à identifier les comptes régionaux qui seront attribués un soutien pour cibler les occasions clés.

Maintenir les connaissances par l'entremise des qualifications de sécurité préférées axées sur les normes de santé et sécurité et les secteurs d'industrie.

Vous avez:

Ce poste peut exiger que vous respectiez les exigences de sécurité conformément à la législation applicable en matière de santé et de sécurité, en ce qui concerne le port d'équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) sur certains sites de clients. Cela peut inclure : un casque de protection, des bottes de sécurité à embout d'acier, une moustache/barbe rasée ou taillée afin de pouvoir porter un masque N95 ajusté ou tout autre EPI requis. Les détails de ces exigences seront fournis au cours de la procédure de recrutement.
