E-Commerce Manager

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is currently seeking a E-Commerce Manager to join their team!

Full time. Permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital and e-commerce strategies to generate revenue and increase visibility;
• Coordinate web design teams and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of online operations;
• Manage digital marketing and advertising campaigns;
• Analyze web data and manage analytics to optimize conversion rates;
• Participate in the creation of campaigns with the marketing department;
• Supervise web platform and content;
• Implement customer relationship management strategies;
• Research trends, customer habits and competitors;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics;
• Proficiency and understanding of social media campaigns;
• Proficiency with Shopify, Paid Search and the MS Office Suite;
• Excellent communication skills in English (in order to communicated with a customer base all across North America 100% of the time).
