Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth transition between the transportation department and clients.
• Follow up on various tickets, such as transportation, accounting, and account openings.
• Act as the "resource person" for internal and external clients, sending information, updates, or scheduling appointments for representative visits.
• Organize and prioritize incoming emails, manage urgent requests, and attend meetings to ensure progress on files.
• Create and update Excel files for presentations, business reviews, as well as weekly forecast and volume files.
• Prepare and send necessary materials to clients for events or specific campaigns.
• Manage the schedule, client emergencies, and specific requests during team travel.
• Handle appointments, schedules, and holiday calendars for production and slaughterhouses.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school diploma
• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar field (an asset)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or another related field
• Proficient in computer software (Excel, ERP, etc.)
