We are looking for a Supply Agent for one of our customers in the entertainment and visual creation sector.

Responsibilities :
– Creation of requisitions and purchase orders
– Credit card reconciliation
– Billing follow-up
– Assistance with buyers
– Assistance to manager (appointments, calendar)
– Order follow-up

Qualifications required:

– AEC in procurement or other relevant degree
– Relevant experience in a similar position
– Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent writing skills;
– Good knowledge of office automation and software commonly used in office work (word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc.);
– ERP experience;
– Fluency in written and spoken French to be able to communicate with internal and external customers;
