V2V Technologies, is seeking a Trainer/Solution Implementation Specialist to support clients in adopting and optimizing their use of our software solutions.

Your Main ResponsibilitiesTraining and Implementation

• Train users onsite at client locations.
• Deliver online training sessions (French and English)
• Conduct classroom-based group training.
• Provide comprehensive onboarding for new clients in collaboration with sales representatives.
• Ensure a successful rollout for new software implementations.

Planning and Follow-Up

• Participate in the planning of new installations.
• Perform post-installation follow-ups to ensure user satisfaction and autonomy.

Collaboration and Support

• Collaborate with the development and technical support teams to resolve issues and enhance the user experience.

Technical and Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to analyze, simplify, and solve problems effectively.
• Strong client relations skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Willingness to quickly learn the GEM software suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (travel required).
• Availability for occasional stays of more than 24 hours at client locations
