Our large oil and gas client is seeking a Sr. Organizational Change Manager for change impact and organizational readiness of a site-based Document control tool.
Contract Details:
- Duration: Starting ASAP until Oct/Nov 2025 as go-live is end of September, 2025.
- Location: Remote work is ok, but ideally some time in office downtown Calgary would be appreciated.
- Travel: 10%. ~ 2-4 trips via air travel with some driving. Must be able to travel to USA.
Must have:
- 10+ years Change Management experience – strong in change strategy development
- 8+ years experience delivering change impact and organizational readiness assessments
- Recent experience delivering/documenting actionable guidelines on reducing impacts and mapping out how close they are to closing said gaps.
Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of various Document control tools and their functions
- Experience engaging with oil and gas maintenance and reliability related stakeholders
- Ability to write in French
