Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Backend Team Lead with proven Technical Leadership skills to drive the development and delivery of scalable robotic sorting solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure the quality, performance, and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of backend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
• Technical Leadership: Promote robust and scalable backend solutions using .NET and cloud-based technologies.
• Functionality Delivery: Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, integration, and deployment.
• Code Quality: Enforce best practices for clean, maintainable, and efficient code, including code reviews and automated unit testing. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams for delivery of highest standard releases.
• Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align development with business objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical challenges, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, tools, and technologies.

• Qualifications :

  • Expérience : 7+ ans d'expérience en développement backend avec les technologies .NET (.NET Core, C#);
  • Leadership : 3+ ans d'expérience en tant que chef d'équipe ou responsable technique, avec gestion et mentorat des développeurs;
  • Bonnes Pratiques : solide compréhension des pipelines CI/CD, des tests automatisés et des méthodologies Agile;
  • Compétences relationnelles : excellente communication, résolution de problèmes et capacités de leadership.
  • Bilingue: Anglais-Français 

   

  Atouts supplémentaires :

  • Architecture : Expertise dans la conception d'architectures évolutives et maintenables;
  • Expérience Cloud : Expérience pratique avec AWS ou Azure pour les services backend;
  • Bases de Données : Maîtrise des BD SQL et NoSQL, de timeseries et autres méthodes de transfert de données IoT;
  • Familiarité avec les pratiques et outils DevOps;
  • Expérience préalable en IIoT, industrie 4.0, automatisation robotique, IA et l'industrie du recyclage.
