Our valued public sector client is seeking to hire a Senior Information Management Business Analyst to work on a migration of RDIMS content to SharePoint Online project.
Background:
The migration of RDIMS content falls under application functional support. Client groups are represented by Information Management Officers, who are supported by information administrators in assisting end users. The contracted resource will collaborate closely with RDIMS stakeholders and will coordinate information gathering, analysis, and migration planning. Additionally, the resource will provide functional support to RDIMS end users throughout the process.
Tasks:
- Gathering information, conducting analysis and planning the migration of RDIMS to SPO
- Providing information management advice and support which reflect current IM policies, directives and standards.
- Reviewing and updating training materials, job aids and standard operating procedures.
- Delivering or supporting the delivery of training for small groups of information administrators.
- Preparing reports for client groups and management showing license usage, library sizes and other pertinent information on a scheduled basis.
- Preparing and assisting RDIMS user groups to migrate their information assets to other platforms.
Must Haves:
- Business Analyst – 10+ years
- RDIMS – 3+ years
- Content migration to SharePoint Online – 3+ years
