A career as a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor at National Bank means playing a strategic and cross-functional analysis role within the Information Security Office. You will be responsible for defining and managing the cross-functional demand management process for unplanned initiatives impacting the information security industry. You will contribute to the analysis of these requests, their referral and their follow-up through all committees where the information security sector is represented. You ensure the quality, efficiency and traceability of business decisions for the sector.
Your job
- Carry out an inventory, establish the target and set up the sector's decision-making process (inventory and documentation of committees, decisions impacting information security and the Bank)
- Set up and manage tools (grids, document structure, dashboard, etc.)
- Understand, analyze and guide cross-cutting initiatives impacting the sector. Prepare recommendations for the CISO Management Committee.
- Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to ensure alignment and strategic planning.
- Manage the ongoing relationship with the initiative leaders and all stakeholders

Within the Enterprise Architecture and Information Security sector, you are part of a large team of about forty colleagues and you report to the Senior Director of the Office of the Efficiency and Performance team within the Office of Information Security. Prerequisite
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree, related to the sector of activity and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in business process improvement
- Experience in analytics
- Project management experience
- Mastery of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
