Senior Bilingual Project Manager to assist in the implementation of an Enterprise Digital Modernization

Our valued public sector client is seeking a bilingual Secret cleared Senior Project Manager to assist in the implementation of an Enterprise Digital Modernization.
This adoption project is part of several transformation initiatives within our client's digital capabilities to support a more modern and collaborative organization. The consultant will be working closely with the department's planning team .
The deliverables (as per GC requirements, templates, guidelines, directives, policies, and frameworks) to be provided are the following:
- Develop and implement a tailored change management plan and monitor key performance indicators.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance to organizational standards and guidelines, providing guidance to project team members on milestones and status reporting.
- Participating in risk identification and supporting the development of mitigation strategies, taking corrective action to minimize overall impact on project or sub-project and providing regular status updates.
- Establish communication channels for regular updates and maintain transparency.
- Collaborate with leadership to address organizational culture issues affecting project success.
- Mentor project managers to enhance their skills in managing complex change initiatives and driving deliverables.
MUST HAVE:
- 10+ years experience as a Project Manager
- Experience working with Agile Methodology
- Experience managing projects with governance structure
- Secret clearance
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bilingual (English & French)
