Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP systems, platforms, and associated services.
• Collaborate with users to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues per service level agreements and operational level agreements.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to ensure transparent communication for scheduled and unscheduled SAP activities.
• Provisioning and maintaining subaccounts, applications in CF spaces, instances, and corresponding destinations.
• Focus on cloud products including tenant provisioning, administration, monitoring, service management, user management, connectivity, troubleshooting, and support.
