What is the opportunity?
You will fulfillrequests via CART,related to supporting Group Advantage. You will analyzeincoming requests from our service partners, sales team on behalf of the plan sponsors, or direct inquiries fromplan sponsors. You will alsoperform investigations, adjustments, correct out of order items requiring sponsor contact, andpayroll setup. You fulfill andservicing complex client transactions, using extensive knowledge of related RBC Group Advantage Savings Products, such as Group RRSP, Group IA (Investment Account) and DPSP (Deferred Profit Sharing Plan).
What will you do?
- Performcomplex investigations for registered and non-registered Group Savings Products received via CART.
- Fulfillclients' needs at first point of contact with incoming work received from sales and service partners through various channels (primarily CART)
- Works on several bank application (e.g. Sales Platform, GPAC, RBIS) to complete tasks
- Be able to coach our Service Partners when policies and guidelines such as compliance and AML, are not fully understood.
- Support the processing team as required by performing end-to-end processing tasks related to Group Advantage products and services.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
- Experience working in an investigative capacity anddealing with ambiguity.
- Ability to interact with partners and business clientson the phone.
- Understanding of investment and registered products.
- Flexible to work shifts within the business hours of 8 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of CART
