Our valued Telecommunications client is actively seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to manage all deliverables post contract signing through to successful installation
Initial 12-month contract, working hybrid (2 days a week onsite, 3 days remote) in Montreal.
Responsibilities
- Work with various internal teams, including network, field services, product and technology to ensure successful Bell service delivery
- Build relationships with customers to secure a smooth onboarding experience as well as support the overall needs of the building during project implementation
- Collect, assess and disseminate accurate key performance metrics to different stakeholders
- Take a leadership role in advocating the needs of the Channel Operations team within the larger Bell Canada organization
- Deliver L2 support to strategic customers/end user to propose Best in Class customer experience
Must-Have Skills
- Knowledge of computer networking: computer networking equipment and fiber-based distribution.
- Experience with MS Excel
- Must be bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
