Our valued public sector client requires the services of an Intermediate Business Analyst (5+ years) to support the design, development and deployment of an enterprise platform.
The department is currently finalizing the migration of core features from its legacy system onto a multi-tenant Microsoft Dynamics solution which already includes recently deployed features and others that need to be built and deployed. This new Business Application team is finalizing the migration of core features from its legacy system onto a multi-tenant Microsoft Dynamics solution which already includes recently deployed features and others that need to be built and deployed. This new Dynamics 365 Client Relationship Management platform and secure portal will be integrated with a suite of tools including Power Apps Portal, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams, etc. The result will bring business value and efficiency to users and lay the foundation for a fully scalable enterprise solution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business process and workflow diagrams
- Facilitate business process modelling and requirements elicitation workshops
- Develop and execute test cases and prepare reports to ensure that business processes and requirements have been delivered
- Support the development of user stories, develop user cases and definition of business rules
- Ensure full traceability of requirements across their entire lifecycle
- Participate in change impact analysis and change control activities
Must haves:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst on IM/IT projects
- Experience supporting CRM or Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects
- Enhanced Reliability clearance
Nice to haves:
- Bilingualism
- Federal government experience
