Functional Architect – Dynamics 365 / GP

We represent a fast-growing company undertaking a major digital transformation. To support this evolution, the organization is looking to add a strategic Functional Architect capable of structuring its technological ecosystem and optimizing business processes.

Your Role

You will be responsible for leading the optimization and modernization of internal information systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP, as well as the migration to cloud-based solutions. You’ll play a key role within an agile team, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cloud migration strategy.

• Optimize business processes within Dynamics 365 and GP.

• Translate business needs into concrete functional solutions.

• Ensure seamless integration between internal and external systems.

• Define and maintain the technological roadmap.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary IT team (developers, analysts, consultants).

Profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Degree in IT or a related field.

• Strong command of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and GP.

• Proven experience in cloud migration (required).

• Strong analytical, process modeling, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with contact center solutions (asset).

• Fluency in French required, with strong functional English (teams across Canada).
