WORK YOU’LL DO
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with leads to troubleshoot infrastructure issues in parallel with 2nd and 3rd tier support.
- Participate in the on-call schedule rotation for critical incidents (24/7 for one week every 6 weeks)
- Ability to learn new technologies and develop skillsets to allow you to support them
- Working knowledge in Azure Monitoring (Log Analytics, App Insights, Alerting)
- Working knowledge in Azure Automation and PowerShell
- Working knowledge in Azure DevOps
- Experience and ability to support Azure Cloud infrastructure
- Work in a team environment
