Our Client is looking for a Business Analyst with ALM experience to develop comprehensive process maps for current and future states for the Service Delivery Practice.

KEY SKILLS:

– Superior documentation skills

– Knowledge of APP LIFE CYCLE Management (ALM)

– Previous Service Delivery experience is ideal

– Needs superior experience with the MS Suite of APPS

The role:

We are looking for a BA to detail the processes for renewing and acquiring new applications within the Application Lifecycle. The BA will be responsible for creating comprehensive process maps for both the current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) states, based on industry best practices. Each step in the application lifecycle, from renewal to the acquisition of new applications, needs to be mapped in detail so that it can be issued to suppliers or automation teams for implementation. The goal is to ensure that all aspects of the process are clearly defined, including the identification of all systems utilized, timelines for each part of the process, and potential future states or improvements. The focus of the improvements is to assess internal readiness (systems and people), time constraints, cost constraints, process efficiency, business cost savings, cross-functional collaboration, business ownership, and visibility for all stakeholders.

What our client expects:

– Detailed Process Mapping that can be used by suppliers or automation teams.

– Clear and complete identification of all systems currently utilized in the application lifecycle process.

– Development of timelines for each part of the process to ensure efficient management. Understanding the process, lapsed, and actual time for each component will be key to identifying opportunities and blockers.

– Future State Analysis: Analyse and propose potential future states or improvements for the application lifecycle process based on industry best practices.

– Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure all aspects of the process are accurately captured.

– Documentation: Provide comprehensive documentation that can be used for reference purposes
