Our valued Telecommunications client is actively seeking a Bilingual Junior Project Coordinator to support a Cell Tower Sharing project – CREQ008385
12-month contract, working hybrid (3 days onsite) in Montreal (Verdun), Quebec.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor license agreements for colocation projects
- Draft/create contractual documents (colocation licenses), including but not limited to amendments and extensions, assignment and sublease of lease contracts
- Manage financial data entry related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, and explain discrepancies
- Interpretation of lease clauses (including rental, construction, accounting, etc.)
- Responsible for assisting Project Manager(s) in coordinating, planning, communicating and executing the delivery of core project components
- Preparation of communications, progress reporting and meeting agendas and minutes
- Responsible for project scheduling, including action item tracking, financial updates and tracking, and filing and document management
Must Haves:
- 2+ years as a Project Coordinator
- Excellent communication and writing in French and English
- Experience managing and monitor license agreements
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, and MS Project, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook…)
Nice to Haves:
- Undergraduate Degree or Certificate
- Experience in SAP environment
- Knowledge of legal processes and activities
