GLOBOCAM’S ENVIRONMENT

Reporting to the Director of Payroll, Benefits and HR Systems (ADP Workforce), you will join a professional team that manages the entire payroll process, including data processing and transfer, as well as verification and reconciliation.
In addition to payroll-related activities, as a specialist you will contribute to optimizing efficiency and ensuring the department’s operational excellence.

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE

• As part of a team, you will be responsible for processing, analyzing and transferring payroll for all unionized and non-unionized personnel for 8 legal entities in Quebec/Ontario (nearly 600 employees), on a weekly basis.
• You are responsible for payroll compliance with company policies, standards and internal controls, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
• You will maintain employee files in accordance with employment contracts, group insurance policies, collective agreements and labour standards.
• You will complete the month-end and year-end cycle.
• You will provide the necessary support for group insurance and pension plans for all employees.
• You will be our project manager for the improvement of existing processes.
• You will become our payroll and benefits management reference when implementing new functions or simply when making new acquisitions.

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and functional English (as we have employees in Ontario)
• You’ve been doing this job for a few years (8 to 10)
• Asset – You have ACP certification
• You are proficient in advanced Excel and Office Suite functions.
• Experience with Nethris and ADP Workforcenow
• Experience with unionized employees, foreign employees, parity committees.
• Asset – Experience in multi-site payroll
