Reporting to the HR Director, Health, Safety and Environment, you will be the strategic and operational advisor for a specific group of clients. You will participate in various projects in organizational development, staffing, performance and skills management.

If the following describes you:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, CRHA/CRIA title.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR, including 5 years as a business partner.
  • Knowledge: Office Suite, HRMIS, labor law, English/French bilingualism.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, rigor, ethical sense, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Support managers and harmonize HR processes;
  • Act as a change agent and influence strategic decisions;
  • Implement HR programs (workforce planning, talent management, compensation, etc.);
  • Develop integrated solutions that meet specific needs;
  • Analyze trends and propose continuous improvements;
  • Participate in staffing processes in collaboration with the talent acquisition team;
  • Create and maintain HR performance indicators;
  • Assist managers in integrating new employees;
  • Serve as a resource person for employees.
