• You live in Quebec and work as a Recruiter or Account Executive/Manager for a recruitment firm;
• You’re allergic to micro-management and inflexible schedules;
• You are described as proactive and motivated;
• You have a solid network and experience in recruitment;
• You know how to juggle several projects at once;
• You’re looking for a full-time, permanent position.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in business administration, career development, recruitment or other relevant field ;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the recruitment/headhunting industry;
• Experience in the fashion industry, retail, wholesale, or other related field;
• Good knowledge of technological tools (Office Suite, LinkedIn, Indeed or others);
• Bilingualism in French and English (in order to communicate with candidates across Canada 50% of the time);
• Entrepreneurial spirit;
• Good team spirit;
• Dynamic, proactive and results-oriented personality;
• Ability to act quickly;
• Uncompromising tenacity.
