Customer Success Manager
V2V Technologies is a rapidly expanding Quebec-based company specializing in the design of modular business management software tailored to the varied needs of numerous industries. We are proud to market GEM-CAR, a management solution for mechanical workshops used in over 41 countries.
Since the launch of a web version in 2024, our growth has accelerated, and we are seeking new talents to take on exciting challenges related to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about the customer experience and motivated by the idea of contributing to our success.
Your Main Responsibilities1. Customer Satisfaction Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
- Design, compile, and analyze customer surveys to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively manage social media comments and customer complaints by proposing suitable solutions.
2. Managing Customer Needs
- Answer customer phone calls and guide them effectively.
- Provide precise answers and professional solutions to issues encountered.
- Assign online tickets to competent resources and ensure their follow-up.
- Measure and analyze performance indicators related to customer satisfaction.
3. Coordination and Planning of Training
- Plan and organize training sessions for deployments (Go-Lives).
- Assign trainers (employees and subcontractors) and ensure optimal preparation.
- Organize internal group training sessions and ensure their success with clients.
4. Participation in Team Meetings
- Actively contribute by sharing innovative ideas to optimize our processes.
5. Related Tasks
- Occasionally perform administrative tasks, such as managing office supply orders.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in customer service.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- College diploma or equivalent.
- Ease with learning and using new software.
- Autonomy, dynamism, and passion for customer service.
