Our client, a leader in Legal Settlements, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and fluently speak Standard German, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Range: 27$ / hour
What’s the Job?
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Assist clients and customers with account-related inquiries and issues.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to clients and customers.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be fluent in English and French
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
