– Answer to incoming calls (make service appointment / direct call to correct department or person)
-If the customer does not answer, leave a clear message for him to call us back to make the appointment.
-Toyota Recall Campaigns If the customer answers, follow the above procedures (Making Calls – Service/Interviews). If the customer does not answer, leave a clear message for the customer to call us back to make the appointment.

Salary: 17.00-20.00
