Sr. Construction Manager – Supply Chain
Loblaw Real Estate is comprised of several individuals with varying talents and functions from Civil qualifications to engineering, estimating, design and real estate to name a few. Everyone plays a key role in supporting each other to ensure the successful execution and completion of our many unique and exciting projects. Loblaw Real Estate is known for being a leader in the industry with hundreds of successfully completed projects out pacing the rest of the industry. The successful individual would be joining a dynamic team of high performers and will be reporting directly to and supported by myself, Director of Construction with 30 years of retail and industrial construction experience.
Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Construction Manager to join our dynamic LRE Construction-Supply Chain team. This role is responsible to assist with the project management of the two new Loblaw distribution centers in Ontario. The first is nearing completion, the second will start in May of 2025. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for ongoing projects across the portfolio of Loblaw’s distribution centers in Canada. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong leadership qualities, and excels at managing multiple complex projects while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
