Our client, a general contractor established for four decades, specializing in private and public building projects, is looking for a site superintendent for a public project in the healthcare sector.

Under the supervision of the General Superintendent, you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of our construction project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on assigned job sites.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Manage human, material, and financial resources on the site efficiently.
  • Collaborate with work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the job sites.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Promote a team culture based on ethics, collaboration, and excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in the construction industry (ideally in hospital or public institutional projects).
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and applicable regulations.
  • Ability to lead various stakeholders on-site and demonstrate leadership.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
  • Project management and team supervision skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Salary: 95000.00-135000.00
