Flexxco Construction is looking for a talented and experienced carpenter to join our team specializing in high-end residential renovations.

Profile sought:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a journeyman carpenter, with demonstrated expertise in residential renovation.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required to reach job sites.
• Work on non CCQ projects.
• Primarily working on the Island of Montreal, with occasional projects in Greater Montreal (West Island, Laval, Longueuil).

Qualities and skills:

• Meticulous, with a constant concern for detail and precision. Impeccable quality of delivered work.
• Strong sense of doing things well, focused on compliance and adherence to standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in carpentry, versatility for structural work, interior systems, and certain finishing elements.
• Problem-solving skills for complex building issues, with support from experts or professionals as needed, related to typical residential renovation challenges (insulation issues, water infiltration, uneven levels, building in tight spaces or with mechanical obstacles, various finish leveling, etc.).
• Knowledge of the tools and materials necessary for completing all residential renovation tasks.
• Understanding of building phases and the roles of other trades and managers in large-scale residential renovation projects.
• Team spirit and customer service orientation, committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Autonomy in managing projects and tasks.
• Excellent strength and physical condition.
