Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Continuously innovate to meet and anticipate the needs of our existing and potential clients, including active prospecting for new clients.
- Sales Management: Capture sales opportunities to boost the company’s growth.
- Customer Service: Analyze and understand customer needs to provide tailored advice and ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Administrative Management: Prepare commercial offers and invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
- Complaints Management: Efficiently handle customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in online or telephone sales, with a particular focus on prospecting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with computer tools and digital sales platforms.
- Result-oriented and committed to quality service.
- Bilingual in French and English.
