Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic professional to join our team as the Manager of Administration, Communication, and Space Leasing. Under the direct supervision of the CEO, you will coordinate and prepare leasing offers, playing a central role in lease negotiations. You will work directly with clients to finalize contract terms. You will actively participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our spaces, organize tours for potential clients, and maintain strong relationships with our current and future tenants.
