We are currently looking for a versatile person with strong communication skills. Join our team as an assistant to the consumables division manager for the Solid Packaging Robotik division (PreRoll-Er).

To collaborate with us, here is what you will have to do:
We are looking for a dedicated, customer service-oriented individual with a desire to progress in their career to join our team as Assistant to the Consumables Division Manager. This key divisional support role consists logistics and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring receipts of products in our inventory;
  • Products inspection/quality control/COA;
  • Monitoring of production with our suppliers;
  • Back and forth to the warehouse for inventory every three months;
  • Process orders and quotes from the sales team;
  • Preparation and monitoring of submissions;
  • Organization and monitoring of transport to our customers;
  • Prepare samples to send to our existing and potential customers;
  • Management of unplanned orders;
  • Monitoring and updating deliveries with our customers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • College diploma in a business-related field, preferred;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and/or relevant experience;
  • Bilingual in French and English, with great command of written English;
  • Strong autonomy, driven by challenges, ability to adapt and make decisions;
  • Sense of prioritization, perseverance and multi-tasking skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (ability to put customer needs first);
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
