Senior data Analyst

A career as a Senior Data Analyst – Performance Perception means using your curiosity and analytical skills to understand, analyze and communicate the overall and employee-specific performance of the Perception teams. As Perception has an impact on the number and volume of delinquent clients, this role is key to understanding the contribution of Perception to the performance of our Personal Loan portfolio.

Your job:

  • Update performance reports at the expected frequency. The main types of reports are sector performance reports (Perception) and employee performance reports
  • Evolve reports, KPIs, targets, and visuals to reflect the needs of our team and those of our perception partners
  • Present segment results and explanations for variations in performance in relevant forums
  • Update monthly and evolve the Perception capacity plan
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses on performance-related elements
  • Update the performance targets of the Collection's employees annually and monitor the quality of these targets on a quarterly basis.

Prequisite :

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Good communication skills and influence
  • Proficiency in SAS/SQL statistical programming tools (R or Python, a plus)
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
