Senior Advisor International Services

National Bank

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted October 16, 2024.

As a Senior Advisor in the International Services team at National Bank, you will be acting as the reference person for the sector. It is through your motivation to work as a team to change things and question the status quo, your experience in process management and your knowledge of international products and technology, that you have a positive impact on the lives of your colleagues, customer experience, and the Bank's efficiency in promoting the delivery of continuous value.

Your role

  • Participate in different projects to improve the quality of service, customer experience, operational processes in different sectors
  • Write, review, and edit all documentation (operational processes, product development, procedures…)
  • Develop and propose effective work tools/processes to improve the operation’s profitability
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with our various partners in international activities
  • Coordinate the production and updating of all documents for the sector
  • Support our business partners to ensure the stability of their work tools

Your team: 

As part of the International Services sector, you will be part of a team of 10 colleagues, and you will report to the Product Manager. Our team stands out for its expertise in its products, processes and teamwork. We maintain a very high quality of delivery in a great work atmosphere.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and three years' relevant experience OR University certificate and seven years' relevant experience

    • Adapts easily in a constantly evolving environment
