Hello, I'm Charlotte, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance, accounting and payroll.

I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment.

I'm looking for a Controller with team supervision for one of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include :

– Manage the department's staff of ten (10);
– Produce monthly and annual financial statements and management reports;
– Prepare year-end files for external auditors;
– Draw up budgets, monitor and optimize them;
– Manage cash flow and financial obligations;
– Ensure compliance with internal control policies and processes, and apply any
necessary adjustments;
– Present financial results to management;
– Monitor financing contracts and commercial agreements;
– Ensure communication with regulatory bodies;
– Analyze the financial performance of each company;
– Develop and monitor performance indicators;
– Coordinate IT requirements with the IT department.

– BAC in business administration, accounting option;
– Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation;
– Minimum 3 years as an auditor in public accounting firms, working particularly with
particularly with SMEs;
– Minimum 7 years in Chief Accountant or Controller positions, having managed a
team of accountants in large SMEs;
– Business acumen and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment;
– Organized, rigorous and detail-oriented;
