I'm looking for a Billing Technician for my client located Downtown Montreal. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode, 2-3 days remote.

Your responsibilities:
– Prepare invoices for work in progress
– Verify accuracy of invoice information
– Process invoice cancellations, credit notes and time entry corrections
– Solve billing-related problems
– Process write-off requests
– Upload and follow-up on all electronic invoicing

Your profile:
– DEC in administrative techniques or accounting or other related training
– 2 years of experience in billing, ideally in a professional services firm or large corporation
– Knowledge of Maitre or Elite software and electronic invoicing (an asset)
– Strong attention to detail
– Analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French
