The Navadian CHALLENGE:
Coordinate and manage the service billing mailbox (200 to 300 emails per week)
Manage various platforms used for client billing
Issue credit notes to customers
Coordinate purchase orders for billing in collaboration with the customer
Coordinate purchase orders with dispatch department
Provides administrative support to the billing team.
Your profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent deadline and time management skills
Ability to effectively combine several responsibilities simultaneously
Ability to collaborate and maintain good relationships
Flexibility and adaptability.
