V2V Technologies is a leader in developing software solutions for managing garages and mechanical workshops, with our flagship product, GEM-CAR. We are looking for an experienced accountant who is passionate about technology and capable of managing complex accounting aspects while also helping our clients master our software solutions.

As an accountant at V2V Technologies, you will play a key role in customer support by ensuring the smooth integration of our accounting software solutions into their operations. This hybrid position requires advanced accounting skills, as well as the ability to train and support our clients to help them make the most of our tools, whether through phone calls or video conferences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Accounting Support: Provide technical accounting assistance to our GEM-CAR users by resolving accounting questions related to the use of our software.

• Client Training: Lead training sessions (via phone and video conferences) to help our clients understand and effectively use the accounting features of GEM-CAR.

• Software Configuration: Assist clients in setting up accounting modules (GEM-BOOKS) and other related solutions to meet their specific needs.

• Documentation and Follow-up: Document accounting procedures, create personalized user guides, and ensure proactive follow-up to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to enhance accounting features and provide relevant customer feedback.
