Our client, a well-established company in the industrial landscape, is currently looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join their team!
Full time. Permanent.
Responsbilities:
- Produce invoices for customers;
- Review and process incoming invoices;
- Prepare payments to suppliers;
- Produce employee expense reports;
- Follow up on overdue invoices;
- Reconcile payments and invoices;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Profile:
- Degree in accounting;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in accounting software;
- Bilingualism in French and English (in order to communicate with English-speaking suppliers and customers 50% of the time).
